When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship within 3 days. You will be notified when it ships and when it is expected to arrive.

How are the designs shipped?

For the USA all orders ship via USPS Flat Rate. If your order is over $80 the shipping is FREE.

For Canada all orders ship via USPS.

What about sales tax?

We charge sales tax in Arizona. No tax is charged for orders shipping to other states. This may change at any time and we will keep the site updated.

How will my jewelry come packaged?

All Rings and Cuff bracelets come packaged in a deluxe box. Earrings and Pendants are packaged in a silver pouch.

What about returns?

You can return your order within 30 days. If your design arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it for you. Contact alene@alenesadornments.com

What are your forms of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover using Shopify payments by Stripe. We accept PayPal

Cleaning tips:

• all copper and copper/silver designs are treated to prevent oxidation. You can use a soft cleaning cloth to polish if desired.
• All sterling designs can be cleaned with a cleaning cloth especially designed to remove oxidation.
